This flat is situated between Nazavisimosti Avenue and Nemiha Street within 5 minute’s work from the Hotel “Minsk” and 8 minute’s work from the Hotel “Europa” – two best quality hotels of Minsk.
The flat is in a very quiet street. The nearest metro stations are Nemiga and Nazavisimosti Square. In the close vicinity there are a lot of shopping areas, the shopping center “Na Nemihe”, discos, restaurants (“Mirski Zamok”, “U Frantsiska”, “Bese”, McDonald’s).
The entrance door is equipped with a combination lock and an on-door speakerphone.
The black of flats, referred to as “Stalinka”, has high ceilings and large rooms. The renewal was made not long ago. The double-glazed windows isolate the flat from the street noise. The flat is of modern design.
