This flat is situated in the center of the city within 10 minute’s walk from Victory Square ( metro station “Victory Square”, near the Svisloch river embankment). In the close vicinity one can find numerous shopping areas, disco clubs, cafés, and restaurants (“Skif”, “Salodki Phalivarak”, “Beriozka”, “Brigantina”, “Novaya Galereya”), Gorky Park. The flat is situated in a very quiet street. The black of flats, referred to as “Stalinka”, has high ceilings and large rooms. The renewal was made not long ago.
The flat is intended for up to 4 people. There is a large double bed and a chest of drawers in the bed-room. There is a sofa and 2 arm-chairs, a coffee table, and a TV set in the living-room.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. There is a dinner table and 4 chairs in it.
The modern WC and the bathroom are separated and faced with stone tile.
This particular flat, as well as all our other flats, is quiet, furnished with a new furniture, quite large, functional. We hope you’ll make yourself at home there. The flat is equipped with a signaling, a metal front door, a combination lock, an on-door speakerphone. The double-glazed windows isolate the flat from the street noise.
